On the crime/immigrant statement, that's usually aimed at illegal immigrants and is just as wrong for them. How would a handbook be delivered to them? Their per capita crime rate is about the same as for Mayflower descendants and all other groups. There are reasons for questioning our border security but they are not served by inventing problems.
